At Li-Ning, we are committed to your performance and satisfaction. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Li-Ning shoe box or apparel packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, removing any previous shipping stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
